How to remove the data the game holds about your device

Dreamland has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. The data we hold is tied to two identifiers on your device: a random app instance ID and your advertising ID. Here is how to remove it.

Option 1: do it yourself

1. Uninstall the game. This deletes your save file and the app instance ID.
2. Reset or delete your advertising ID. On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" (or "Reset advertising ID"). Old data can no longer be linked to your device.

Data already collected stays in our analytics in anonymous form until it expires (up to 14 months) or until you ask us to delete it.

Option 2: ask us

Email fireseer.games@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include your advertising ID (Android: Settings → Google → Ads shows it) so we can find the records that belong to your device. We delete the data from our analytics and attribution services and confirm by email within 30 days.

Purchases

Purchase records held by Google Play are managed by Google. Records we must keep for tax and accounting law are kept for the period the law requires and then deleted.
