Terms of Service

These terms apply to the game Dreamland ("the game"), made by The Fireseer Games, Bucharest, Romania ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. Using the game

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game on a device you own. You may not copy, sell, modify, reverse-engineer, or cheat in the game, and you may not use it for anything illegal.

2. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

3. Purchases and virtual items

• The game offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play. Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
• Virtual items (coins, energy, chests, and similar) have no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred outside the game.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policy. If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us at fireseer.games@gmail.com and we will help where we can.
• We may change, add, or remove virtual items and their prices at any time.

4. Your progress

Your progress is stored on your device. There are no accounts and no cloud save. Uninstalling the game or changing devices may erase your progress. We are not able to restore lost progress.

5. Changes to the game

We may update, change, or stop the game or any part of it at any time. We will try to give notice of a full shutdown, but we are not required to.

6. No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be free of bugs or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using the game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Privacy

How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are handled by the courts of Bucharest, unless the law where you live gives you the right to a local court. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law.
